At Little Words Project®, we want you to love your word. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of your order delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your bracelets in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the items are unworn and have the original tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 7-10 business days.
