Each bracelet comes with a unique ID tag. You can register your word on our website or mobile app to join our community and track your bracelet's journey if you choose to pass it on.
What is your shipping policy?
We typically process orders within 3-5 business days. Standard shipping within the US usually takes 5-7 business days, while expedited options are available at checkout.
Can I return or exchange my order?
We accept returns on unworn, non-customized items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that custom 'bead-your-own' bracelets are final sale and cannot be returned.
